Having received her first massage in 2000, Chrissy immediately realized the incredible health benefits of professional body work and enrolled to start a journey filled with learning and gratitude.
Professional bodywork should be a part of your wellness routine. Chrissy includes many tools in her services to provide you with a precise massage that meets your needs. Her specialties include Sports Massage, Deep Tissue with Neuromuscular Therapy, and MediCupping. She also loves to provide Prenatal Massage throughout the entire pregnancy.
Throughout her career, Chrissy has been able to help many people manage and reduce pain without pharmaceuticals. Recovery from soft tissue injuries including strains, sprains, and tears can take a long time. The proper care, which can include massage, cupping, stretching, and chiropractic, can help move that process along and bring the body back to feeling good and moving without pain.
